Shop Policy

Dear Valuable Customers,

If you are not happy with your nails, toes or other services please make us aware of it before you leave our Spa.
We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

Absolutely no refunds will be given after you have left our Spa.


Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages.
If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $3 each. Please remember, nails are jewels not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.


For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
  • Anyone in ill health that we suspects may be contagious or we fear could be further harmed by our services.


If you are unable to keep your appointment or will be coming later than scheduled please give us a call 60 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We will hold your appointment for 10 minutes. If you do not notify us your appointment will be cancelled after 10 minutes. We don't want to keep others waiting.
